65. After literal cranial surgery and a titanium plate placed in my head, I can emphatically assure you that Dilaudid is an EXTREMELY powerful drug.
It gave me pain relief at its lowest dose after just having a 5cm x 5cm hole cut from my skull.
It's a derivative of Morphine and only given to people in excruciating pain. There is no legitimate reason whatsoever that a person who isn't freshly post-op or just plucked from a serious accident would need such a drug. My pain management doc said It doesn't get more powerful than Dilaudid.

I can't imagine why she'd abuse SOMA though. At least my experience with it- I can say that it doesn't give me an up or a down. It's typically prescribed in lieu of muscle relaxers that give people a "downer" effect.

That's just *my* experience.

There isn't one thing Howard K or Anny did that was not involved with law suits, shading dealings, sex for money or property, pics footage for even mo moeny, drug dealings..oh pleaseee save it lady, this case stinks to high heaven..and even if he Stern gets away with all this dirty..i hope to God you and him have a good closing argument with the Judge up above!!! Sick of this crap coming out of Stern teams mouths.

67. The reason Kapoor would not fill this script is because it was AFTER Daniel died. He knew already that he would be investigated for Daniel's death. He was running scared at that point in time.

70. This person is not even legally allowed to prescribe to anyone. If she asked to have those meds send and a doctor complied (like Kapoor) then both their asses are in a big time jam. Supposedly Ms. Khristine Eroshevich who is a shrink had her prescribing priviledges REVOKED by DEA. That is why she had to go to Kapoor to get them filled. If he in fact filled these, he can kiss his ass goodbye. I thought in the beginning he might get a slap on the wrist know the Medical Board out here since I am in the medical field. However if this is traced back to him and he filled it he can be charged with homicide.

Boy oh boy just when this can't get any wierder it does.

Lorazepam - In the Valium family, used to treat anxiety disorders. Can cause drowsiness, sleep problems, muscle weakness, blurred vision.

Soma - Muscle Relaxer - Can Cause drowsiness, sleep problems, blurred vision, depression.

Dalmane - Sleeping pill - used to relieve insomnia - Can cause sleep problems, drowsiness, falling, staggering, lack of muscle coordination.

Prexige - dysmenorrhoea, osteoarthritis, pain relief associated with dental surgery and pain relief associated with orthopaedic surgery - Can cause fatigue, dizziness.

Methadone - Pain reliever similar to morphine - Can Cause fatique, dizziness, sleep problems.

72. Everyone here needs to remember there is a predicent in this case for HK$ and others.

The John Belushi murder. (that is what it was deemed)

Cathy Smith was charged with 1st Degree murder for providing him with the drugs which caused his death.

On the night of his death, he was accompanied by friends Robin Williams and Robert De Niro (at the height of their own drug exploits) who later left the premises, leaving Belushi in the company of Cathy Smith. His death was investigated by forensic pathologist Dr.Ryan Norris among others, and while the findings were disputed, it was officially ruled a drug-related accident.

The case was reopened two months later, when Cathy Smith, a former groupie for The Band and an ex-girlfriend of Gordon Lightfoot, admitted in an interview that she had been with Belushi the night of his death . She was arrested and charged with first-degree murder. A plea bargain arrangement reduced the charges to involuntary manslaughter, and she served 18 months in prison.

I think it was howard because a psychiatrist can prescribe meds, just like any other doc..

75. MONEY, MONEY, MONEY!!!! Dosesn't personally have any real connection to the people he see's...
Millon's of Doctors on a regular basis prescrip medications to people that really don't need them! Almost all my immediately family members that aren't rich and famous have had drugs that have been prescriped to them that really wasn't the right medicine that they needed or it was totally wrong for them and they actted strange and goofy while taking and us loved one's that were around them spoke up and told them that somehting wasn't right, they quit taking the Medicine called the Doctors and they either said quit immediately taking the medicine your taking, will try something else that works better or when their is a Narcotic involved or a drug that is highly addicitve most if not all the Doctos our immediatly family deal with, will not fill the Prescrpition by phone, you have to go in and let them see you phiscially and talk to you about why your either out of a Prescription that was ordered, or if you need to try something else not as addicitive or if you might need to see someone to talk to about issues...Noone in Anna's Nicole's immediate group, mainly Howard K. Stern cared enough about her to make sure the bottles were in a safe place, and instead of worrying about buying her a both and dealing with having a stupid fake Commentment Ceremony, he should have taken her to some Remote Rehab Facility and let her get help for six months or so! ! ! The Doctors given out this many medications as once, need to have their Licenses pulled immediatly, and they need to be in jail and/or REHAB themself...Howard K. Stern needs in REHAB himself, he is has much addicted as she was, 90% of the time you see on Interviews he is so spaced out as well, or his eyes never blink or they are ficiated straight on or blood shot red! ! ! Anna Nicole had the Methadone Tablets sent to her or Howard through this Doctor, (300 of them were ordered for her)-And some how either by Anna, or Daniel complaing of a headache, sore back or so tired he couldn't sleep that either his mother told him that she had something that would help him and he went and got some out of her bag fo himself, and slipped a couple in his pant's for later if he was thinking they were for headaches or something, but I fill deep down, by the comments that Anna stated to Howard "you did this" that Anna directly Howard to the bottle of Methadone she had in a bag and asked Howard to give Daniel some, he gave him several from out of his hand, Daniel took 2/3 on top of his Depression Medication, not thinking that it would hurt him, and put the other two in his pocket for later if he was filling bad or had a headache...That is why he was overheard stating to Howard "I am so tired or Why am I so tired, now" then he went to lay with Anna in her hospital bed and went to sleep to never wake up! I don't feel that Daniel's death was on purpose by anyone, that is why Anna could never get over it, because she knew she was the one who informed Howard to give him the Methadone Tablets in the first place, not to hurt him but knew that it will help with whatever pain's he was filling from his flights...It would be a mother's worst nightmare what she lived through, and it is so tragic, but people got sloopy and greedy in giving out the Drugs involved with her, and tradgey happened...I think that Howard K. Stern knew that the pills Daniel took would kill him, I don't think he knew exactly what all Anna taking that morning, but she had lost her will to live the day Daniel past--Grief and Guilt is what really Anna died from, even if it was a cocktail of Drugs that was the actual cause of death---I don't feel that the Doctors knew that she would offer Daniel any of the Methadone, and after that she just didn't have the desire to care what she was taking...Guilt by association with offering and given her beloved Son something to help with is pain and aliments is what caused his untimely death,and led to her death! I don't think you can truly blame Doctors or Howard's for the events that took place in Anna's and Daniel's deaths, but they played their parts by being careless with offering up so many things instead of suggesting that she go into a Full Scale Mental Establishment and/or Rehab to help her cope with such a lose! As a mother, I know that I have offered my kid's things when they have felt bad, and I would have wanted to die myself if one of my children or even another person for that matter had passed away from me offering them something I thought would help them feel better! These Doctors will have to answer to someone for their careless and for getting rapped up in the Middle of all this...It was all about MONEY TO BE MADE, more than it was about the Mental Wellbeing of Anna Nicole..
