Anna Nicole Smith's psychiatrist/BFF ordered a virtual pharmacy of drugs for Anna -- five days after Daniel died, according to Fox 411.

The website published a letter written to Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, the doc who prescribed methadone to Smith when she was eight months pregnant. It was written by Khristine Eroshevich, the shrink who was with Anna in the Bahamas.

The fax asks Dr. Kapoor to prescribe the drugs for M. Chase -- Kapoor had prescribed methadone for Anna under the assumed name of Michelle Chase.

The drugs included four bottles of Dilaudid, 2 bottles of Lorazepam (Ativan), two bottles of Soma (180 tablets), one bottle of Dalmane, one bottle of Prexige and one bottle of methadone (300 tablets).

UPDATE: Kapoor's attorney, Ellyn Garofalo, tells TMZ, "Dr. Kapoor declined the request for prescriptions. He would never prescribe that combination of drugs, in such large dosages, to any patient."

31. If her psychiatrist wanted her on these medications, couldn't she just have written the script herself?? a psychiatrist is a doctor and all. she could have at least written the prescriptions for ativan and soma....those are commonly prescribed for mental health reasons.

32. Khristine Eroshevich was probably trying to HELP her friend ANS. If the good doctor was constantly with her she would administer the meds. She wouldn't just hand over the meds to ANNA and say 'go for it". Geez....Does every word need to be explained to you people?

TMZ just tries to sensationalize everything. WHY DON'T THEY INVESTIGATE, THE THIEF, FORD SHELLEY or is he their deep pockets.

33. who gives meds like this to a person whos going to give birth?. where was everybody?. why didn't someone step in?. ANNA could have been saved. DANIEL aswell, why didn't someone scoop her up and put her into a hospital?. (when she was high). it could have been done. theres always a chance, stern, burkehead. i would have waited for the time to catch her high, too the hospital she would have went. she could have gotten has mad as she wanted. UNBORN BABIES HAVE RIGHTS.. she should have been cleaned up while she was expecting. LAWS PEOPLE, LAWS. if she wanted that for herself. you still try. 38. I never did like Anna's so called "friend" Khristine Eroshevich. She was the same person who helped put Anna in ice water when her temperature was very, very high INSTEAD of taking her to the hospital!!! Anna's heart could have flat-lined.

41. Why did the shrink leave the day before Anna died? Why were Moe and Stern gone from the Hard Rock when Anna died? Seems to me if they loved her, one of them would be there at all times, and not just Taz.. Anna refused to go to the hospital? If that's true, Moe, Stern and Taz could have "overruled" her and called an ambulance anyway. Why wasn't a doctor called to come to the Hard Rock when she first had the rising temp? There is some kind of conspiracy going on, and they each played their part! What did they think they would get when Anna died? I hope each of them get what's coming to them, in hell!

43. A responsible physician doesn't "help" a near-suicidal friend by prescribing massive amounts of drugs inappropriately. Anna needed to be hospitalized, with a suicide watch. She needed alot of hands-on TLC, not a pharmacy cabinet.

I think Stern and Kapoor have a deal going on to deflect guilt from each other by bringing down Eroshevitch. Stern and Kapoor are both gay buddies, now I'm sure of it. I think they are setting up Eroshevitch and Taz as ordering and administering the fatal drug combinations that resulted in her homicidal overdose.

Remember how Stern very carefullly testified that Anna hadn't had methadone for 5 months? Protecting Kapoor's ass.
